After doing some research on why it's so important to use healthy products on your babies and children (see article on Dangers of Baby Care Products, HERE), I wanted to put together a list of some great alternatives!
Young Living offers a line of kids products that are more mild and gentle products for babies and children. The line includes essential oils, lotion, soap, shampoo, vitamins, enzymes, toothpaste, tush cream, and diffusers.
Babies and children respond very well to essential oils and nutritional supplements.
The only difference between the adult version is the amount.

How to use the oils...
Babies:
Put 1-2 drops of oil in your hand and rub your hands together until they are practically dry. Then hold them over any area of the baby. This works very well without direct application.
Direct Application:
Mix 1-2 drops of an essential oil with V-6 vegetable oil and apply to the bottoms of feet.
Children:
Put 1-2 drops on bottoms of feet or anywhere else on the body as long as the oil is diluted in V-6 vegetable oil or any vegetable oil. Although dilution is recommended, it is not always necessary. Essential Oil Roll-Ons are perfect for babies and children of all ages as well as for adults.
