Who of us does not have stress in our lives?

Our thoughts, stress, and negative emotions related to difficult circumstances can have an impact on our body's frequency.

This can ultimately lead to physical pain and physical sickness.

When testing the frequency of the body, researchers have found that negative thoughts and emotions can decrease our frequency by 10-15 mgHz, where positive thoughts can increase our frequency by the same amount.

Focusing on positive things and what you can be thankful for can help to boost your mood and raise the frequency in your body.
