The legendary Ningxia wolfberry, also known as Goji berries, Chinese wolfberries, and Lycium berries, have long been sought after for its rich nutritional content. With documented use dating back to the Ming Dynasty, it is one of the earliest known “superfruits” utilized in ancient Chinese health practices. Organically cultivated and dried in remote regions of China, the wolfberry’s revered and unparalleled nutritional profile includes polyphenols, polysaccharides, and a distinctive ratio of trace nutrients. Certified USDA organic wolfberries fortify and replenish.
Wolfberries contain protein and amino acids, which are the building blocks for protein. They also contain fiber, which aids digestion, antioxidants, Vitamin A, Vitamin C, and iron.

Ingredients
1 cup NingXia Red
1 1/2 teaspoons agar agar powder (gelatin alternative)
4 teaspoons honey
3 drops Grapefruit Vitality essential oil
3 drops Lime Vitality essential oil
Silicon molds
Instructions
Combine the NingXia Red, agar agar powder, and honey in a saucepan. Mix with a metal spoon until fully dissolved and heat on medium-high.
Once boiling, remove from heat immediately and stir in the essential oils. Taste for sweetness. The mixture should be almost too sweet, since the flavors will mellow during cooling.
Pour the mixture into silicon molds.
Let your molds cool in the refrigerator for at least an hour until set.
